Our strategy is derived from the value behind a "REFLEX" action. An action that illustrates the base of human nature – to thrive. We want to set up retail outlets which provide "Value for Money".

Not everyone can afford a lavish, expensive wardrobe, but that does not mean they can’t buy fashionable attire. It’s easy to get caught up in an obsession with pricey, brand name clothing, but our aim is to develop an affordable option for the Middle Class Sector. REFLEX now operates over 10 stores all over UAE in Dubai, Sharjah, Alain and Ajman. •

Where is REFLEX from?
REFLEX is a registered brand of its parent company “AL NOAMIA TRADING CO LLC” which is head quartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

How long has REFLEX been operating in the Middle East?
AL NOAMIA TRADING CO LLC has been operating in the UAE since 1993; REFLEX was an initiative of the Managing director Mr. Mahesh Pagarani’s vision of foraying into retail given the vast experience of supply of readymade garments to leading international hypermarkets in the UAE. REFLEX value concepts was launched in the year 2011 with a single store in Lamcy Plaza Dubai and has expanded to 10 Stores allover UAE within a span of 5 years with the latest addition being the REFLEX store in Dragon Mart Expansion.

What is REFLEX’S competitive advantage over other apparel retailers?
REFLEX is a vertical company therefore it sources all its products from partner factories in different countries in Pan-Asia, Having a full-fledged office in CHINA, it ships its own consignments from these countries to Dubai, It distributes the same to all its profit centers in the company. All of the above operations are tightly controlled thereby reducing costs which are very happily passed to direct purchasing end user customers. The company creates real value for the latest trending fashion articles in all its categories. The companies organized seasonal buying programme and bulk purchase of all merchandise gives them the advantage of being very competitive in the local market.

Where does REFLEX source its Merchandise?
REFLEX sources its merchandise from its partner factories in CHINA, INDIA & THAILAND. •

What are the measures REFLEX has taken to ensure quality control?
Our China Office is responsible for quality checks before the merchandise is shipped to UAE. Detailed quality specifications and guidelines are provided to factories in order to maintain quality and consistency.

Does REFLEX have a Customer Loyalty Program?
REFLEX will be launching its own in-house loyalty program called. – I LOVE REFLEX It is a card less, point-based membership program that makes use of your mobile phone number as your unique membership identification number. As loyal customers all “I LOVE REFLEX” members can enjoy discounts at all REFLEX stores in the United Arab Emirates. Keep checking this section for more details.

How are the shipments delivered?
Shipments are delivered through our partnered courier company ARAMEX or other suitable courier companies in UAE. Most shipments will be delivered within four working days. For more information, please visit our online shipping policy.

Can I track the status of my order?
Your shipments are delivered by Aramex or any suitable Courier company within UAE. You can check the status of your orders through website provided on the airway bill (AWB) e-mailed to you by us.

Is it safe to shop online at REFLEX?
We've taken every possible step to make our site as secure as possible for your peace of mind. We use the SSL encryption technology and we take the security of your personal data very seriously. What if I have a problem placing my order online or I am not sure if it has gone through?
If you receive a confirmation email, then your order has been processed successfully. If you have not had received any emails from us, please go to the My Account section of the website and click on 'My Orders'. If your order does not appear on the list, you will need to place your order once again.If you are not sure about your order or require some assistance, kindly contact our customer services team through email or call us at 800-REFLEX (733539).

Can I amend or cancel an order once I have placed it?
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel it. Please review your orders carefully as you go through the checkout process. If you want to cancel an order, you will need to return the products to your nearest store in the United Arab Emirates. We also recommend that you check out our Exchange / Refund policy.

What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?
Currently Reflex Online store is available only in the United Arab Emirates. Kindly check our Shipping Policy and charges online.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address, such as work or a friend's?
Yes, you can specify where you want your order to be delivered other than your home address. This will be prompted to you in the checkout section. You can also maintain several different addresses within the My Account section of the site.

Do I have to sign for the delivery when it arrives?
All our deliveries need to be verified upon delivery. An authorized person can receive the delivery on your behalf if you are not present.

Can I place an order online and pick it up from a Reflex store?
Currently, we do not offer this service. We will inform all customers when this is available.

What is the return policy for products bought online?
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be able to do this at any Reflex store in the United Arab Emirates. Please check our Exchange / Refund policy.

We have provided basic wash and care instructions for every product on the site.

Where can I find out more information about the sizes of the products you sell online?
Every Product listed online has a Size Chart which can provide detailed information on product sizing.

How do I pay for products sold by REFLEX?
You can pay for your purchases online using any of the following major credit cards:

All payments are done via CC AVENUE operating as a professional third party payment gateway company which has been nominated by our banks Mashreq bank UAE. NO credit card details are stored within our systems or computers – an assurance that placing an order through www.reflexdubai.com is absolutely secure. All of your data are encrypted to the highest standards and are secured with MasterCard payment gateway.
