1. Sales return are accepted only if the items are in sell able condition and accompanied with receipt within 30 days from date of purchase.
2. If no receipt, exchange credit note will be offered based on current selling price.
3. If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer. The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.
4. Any REFLEX VALUE CONCEPT Retail store in United Arab Emirates will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging unused Merchandise within 30 days of purchase at the original selling price provided merchandise is returned with a Receipt and Merchandise Tag.
5. FOR HYGIENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENT ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
6. Refunds may be given within 30 days of purchase in all our Retail stores in United Arab Emirates, provided the Merchandise is returned with the Original Receipt and Merchandise Tag is not used, washed or altered. The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.
7. If the customer wishes to book a refund collection service to collect the items back through the courier service, it can be done on the customers own expense.
